The Club

There will be no general meetings in January and February 2026.

The South Australian Fresh Water Anglers Association (SAFWAA) is a family-oriented angling club. People of all ages and abilities may join and pursue their choice of legal fishing method.

The club has access to numerous private dams in the north and south of Adelaide, all of which are available to members upon joining. Cod, catfish, silver perch and callop are available and protected to ensure members can continue to enjoy them.

SAFWAA continues to promote all aspects of recreational angling and is dedicated to increasing public access to South Australia’s freshwater venues.

All are welcome to attend monthly meetings before joining.

Meetings are held at 7.00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month (except January) at the Western Youth Centre, 79 Marion Road, Cowandilla.
